- Relationship Manager Product - Trade Finance/ CMS Division - Corporate Banking

Location - Mumbai/ Pune

Responsibility - Job Role : Recruiting new clients for the bank's real estate division and overseeing the assigned real estate liability portfolio Covering sizable real estate groups, funds, NBFCs, investor communities, private equity, and venture capitalists to find clients among group companies, real estate ancillaries, vendors, and investee companies Covering CA & Law Firms, RERA consultants for business solicitation & assisting both new and existing clients with their regulatory requirements

- Assisting the client's business with various banking products like OD/CC/BG/Term Loans/Forex, etc. Cross-selling of products based on liability, including wealth, privilege, and other financial offerings. In order to serve current and potential clients more effectively and quickly, maintain friendly connections with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

- This may be done by being knowledgeable about current account, escrows, RERA, trade accounts, FDI, ODI, and transaction processes. Assuring you for quality services always
