Relationship Manager - Trade Business - Banking

- To act as a single point of contact for all trade related (forex, cross border, domestic etc) product for the region/branches assigned to.

- Driving Sales of Trade and Forex Business,

- Responsible for income and FCY thru put target set for the TFX products for the respective branches/business being supported

- Support team in achieving customer acquisition plan

- Join and independent call with (sales team) RH, BM, SM & SOs

- Drive product & marketing initiatives launched by central product team

- Meet and service trade related queries & requirement of clients by liaising with Ops/product/central team

- Undertake training of sales & relationship team as subject matter expert

- Team orientation & customer focus.

- Banking exposure is must.
