RM - Syndication Role : RM - Syndication Desired Experience : 3 to 6 years in a similar profile CTC : Up to 18 lakhs (fixed) - Support planning and execution of strategies for Syndication as for Infra Project &amp; Structured finance, Corporate Finance, Mortgages and Capital Markets transactions - Support the seniors in putting together the building blocks of Syndication business in line with the vision, direction and key strengths of the group - To develop association and maintain relationships with mid/junior levels at Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC- s, other active market players for execution of Syndication deals - To keep track of market trends and competition with an eye for creating opportunities for ABIFL in the Syndication space in the assigned geography - To maximize fee based revenue through origination process and BD team's support for Syndication business - To support the Business development initiatives for expanding relationships with Banks, FIs and Intermediaries for Syndication deals - To identify possible opportunities for Syndication business in the market place and highlight to the seniors responsible for the specific sector/corporate client - To establish and maintain relationships with local Investment Banks, Commercial Banks, PE investors, Strategic Partners rating agencies, SMEs and other agencies etc with an objective of identifying new business opportunities - To maintain extensive co-ordination at mid/junior level with lenders/investors from the proposal initiation stage till security creation - To promptly respond to all client queries/needs and ensure a high quality of client service - To ensure that the Geography being managed is profitable and drive sustainable growth for the Syndication business within the same - To achieve viability &amp; break-even of costs for the Geographical business operations and achieve profitability targets as per individual targets - To engage with the Risk and Credit teams for the proper evaluation of creditworthiness of borrowers, structural soundness, economic and financial feasibility of the transactions from the perspective of lenders / institutional investors participating in the respective proposal - To work along with the team on the pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the Syndication business corporate clients - To ensure effective adherence to risk management &amp; regulatory guidelines - To ensure adherence to the structured Risk management processes and Regulatory guidelines by self and the Peer team members to mitigate risks with regards to credit, market, interest, exchange rate etc. for the business proposals and the portfolio on an ongoing basis - To supervise and ensure compliance of all critical policies &amp; procedures, documentary and audit requirements - To support the seniors with preparation and submission of periodic MIS reviews for the business operations - To review and track MIS for the Region on a continuous basis and support the senior team in preparation of business presentations on the same with Top management - To promote and ensure effective usage of LMS and other IT systems to ensure adequate Lead/Opportunity management etc - To ensure skill enhancement and team development - To augment skill sets and business associations of the peer team through training programs and participation in Seminars
