Urgent opening for the post of Relationship Manager-Supply Chain Finance with one of the leading NBFC !!

Role :

- Primary objective of the Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Finance Sales, is to grow the Supply Chain Portfolio, and assist the Head SCF manage and grow a robust SCF portfolio across India.

- The Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Finance Sales, will work closely with Relationship Mangers - Commercial Lending, and assist the Relationship Management Team is to onboard New Anchors, and to develop and grow a sustainable SCF franchise in the country.

- The Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Finance Sales, will be the Client facing link for the SCF Transactions management Team, The Collections Team, and the Analytics unit all India.

Qualification:

- Professional Qualifications/ Certifications: MBA (preferable) CA or equivalent with around 8 - 10 years of Supply Chain Sales / Transaction Banking or Lending Experience.

- Experience in working in Sales Teams teams spread across geographies will be an added qualification.

- Client facing skills, working in a matrix with stakeholders in a startup Business and some exposure to Credit Analysis is preferred.

Competencies / Skill Sets Required :

- Superior sales a skill as the Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Finance Sales & ability to deliver Client delight

- Ability to work with automated straight thru processes and parameterized systems is a requirement.

- Strong knowledge of SCF products, process flows and Risk mitigation

- Ability to mobilize collections team efforts towards growth of the portfolio

- Superior Networking abilities to build client access.

- Ability to leverage organization competency to drive deal closures

- Conceptualization of support activities & RM assistance to source Clients

Job Profile

1. Ability to identify clients and grow transactions as the Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Finance Sales, and work in a startup exciting environment

2. Support The Portfolio Manager in Transaction completion, and team to conduct day to day transactions for existing clients and onboard new clients

3. Use the Data Analytics to provide MIS and information to Anchors, Spokes and CFSL stakeholders

4. Close partnership with risk to ensure that the right credit approach (program and procedures) are in place to allow sound growth of the credit portfolio and maintain desired portfolio quality

5. Maintain a sound control environment with respect to compliance, legal and regulatory factors

6. Identify appropriate product hooks and work with relevant product expert / Advisors to deliver a client solution

7. Transaction closures leading to opening of Account relationships with New Product Relationships
