Relationship Manager-Supply Chain Finance Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: - Business - The candidate should have relevant experience for Supply Chain Finance for SME/Mid-Corporate clients. - Experience of structured working capital finance products & asset backed finance for Supply Chain Finance/SME/Mid corporates (Anchor backed Vendor financing / dealer financing, Pre-Shipment Finance, Post Shipment Finance, etc.) is a pre-requisite. - Network: Position Title: Relationship Manager-Supply Chain Finance Reports To: National Head - Product & Sales - Ability to independently Tie-up with Mid & Large Corporates for their Vendor/Dealer Finance requirements. Market know-how, client networking & ability to acquire business on your own is key for this role. - Brief understanding of Co-lending - Experience of on-boarding Anchors on Supply Chain Finance Fintech Platform Credit & KYC knowledge: - Good understanding of credit, financial analysis and underwriting of loans. Thorough knowledge of Pre-& Post Sanction documentation process is essential for the role. - Portfolio hygiene, monitoring & collections are also part of this role. Other attributes: - Self-starters, self-motivated & with ability to build business on his/her own is key for the role. - Regular interaction with other internal stake holders including Credit, Legal, operations, etc. is part of the role. - Experience of structured working capital finance products & asset backed finance for Supply Chain Finance/SME/Mid corporates (Pre-Shipment Finance, Post Shipment Finance, WCTL, LAP, etc.) is a pre-requisite. - Thorough knowledge of Pre-& Post Sanction documentation process. - Portfolio hygiene, monitoring & collections are also part of this role.
