Relationship Manager/Sr RM - Corporate Banking

RM / Sr. RM - Large Corporate (Manager - AVP grade)

Location: Mumbai & Delhi

- As a Relationship Manager in the Large Corporate Group, you will be responsible for developing and growing business relationships.

- The person would also be required to conduct credit analysis for monitoring the existing and new clients of the bank.

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage relationships through constant interaction & account mapping at varied levels in client organizations

- Determine the products that are most effective in meeting customer's needs. Customize products to increase profitability, reduce costs & ease operational bottlenecks.

- Handling the portfolio of the corporate clients which will include monitoring of the portfolio, business development, market research and coordination along with sourcing new business for the bank.

Candidate Profile:

- The successful applicant for this position will require at least 3-8 years of Relationship Management experience handling large corporates

- Excellent sales track record and with a good understanding of various banking products.

- Proven relationship management ability, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
