Relationship Manager - SME Banking

Position - Relationship Manager / SME Banking.

Location - Delhi.

Qualification - MBA / CA.

Job Role -

- Acquire, grow and manage portfolio of SME Clients (which would be in the turnover upto 250 crores under manufacturing and upto 500 crores for traders).

- Deliver month on month targets on SME Loan Disbursals, Fund based and non - fund based, Processing Fee, Fee Income, CA Balance and Portfolio Health.

- Manage end to end client engagements in structuring deals, approval process through credit, on-boarding, documentation closure and transnational relationship support.

- Manage Credit Memo preparation and presentation to Credit Committee along with Credit.

- Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw-downs and recovery / restructuring efforts if any.

- Build and manage an asset portfolio which contributes to SME Banking and generate profits at satisfactory risk reward ratios.

- Work closely with the SME Regional Head and Transaction Banking team to develop sales strategy for SME clients

- Identify market trend and target customers- needs in order to review and recommend product / services offerings for SME clients.

An Ideal Candidate should possess

- Sound knowledge of Working Capital Loans, Transaction Banking products as well as general banking regulations.

- Previous experience of handling SME clients .
