The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise clients, offering them tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service. The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our SME banking division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new SME clients and expand the existing client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their unique financial needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, cash management solutions, and trade finance.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and risk assessments of prospective and existing clients to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including credit analysts, product specialists, and operations teams, to ensure timely delivery of customized solutions and exceptional client service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing proactive advice and support.
