Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager - Structured Finance - Real Estate Sector - NBFC

We are urgently looking for RM / Sr. RM - Structured Finance (Real Estate) with a Leading NBFC. Position based at Mumbai

The candidate should have extensive experience in Structured Financing particularly for Real Estate Transactions.

KRA

- Involved in structured finance, project appraisal; deal structuring; debt and equity syndication for projects in the Real Estate Sector

- Responsibilities include deal structuring; preparation of Information Memorandum and Financial Model for the project appraised; term sheet negotiation with lenders/ potential investors; debt and/ equity syndication; loan documentation

- Interacted and established working relationships with project developers, real estate developers, financial institutions, potential equity investors, legal advisors
