- Contribute to the development and implementation of overall business strategy, particularly with respect to growth in sales and Broker & Client distribution capacity, in order to support delivery of overall business performance targets, KPIs and business mix
- Lead the development and implementation of a Broker & Client development strategy that pulls together the national strategies, optimizes synergies and ensures the presentation of a coherent national market interface and will deliver target revenues
- Manage relationships with current and potential Broker & Clients so as to facilitate the continuing negotiation of commercial arrangements and encourage effective working
- Contribute to the management of relationships with key external stakeholders including TAC, IRDA and the media, as required Contribute to servicing of business by supporting Claim function.
