Hiring for Relationship Manager/ Sr Relationship Manager with relevant experience of 8-14 years.   Looking for candidates who can manage the money and oversee the financial activities of high net-worth clients, work to develop relationships with clients, then provide banking services such as personal cash management, secured and unsecured credit, investment management and interest services.  Duties and Responsibilities-  Identify Clients  As a Private Banker you shall be responsible for identifying potential new clients and working with them to build up a relationship with the goal of managing their wealth.  Advise and Consult with Clients  As Private Banker you will work with clients to meet their financial needs and goals, proactively advise and consult with the clients, explaining the types of financial services available, educating them about investment options and potential risks and recommending investments.  Monitor Clients Accounts  As a Private Banker you shall be required to closely monitor the performance of client accounts, to ensure that the accounts are behaving positively and meeting client needs. You will need to be aware of both the clients goals, income and spending to manage the portfolio.  Research Investment Options  In order to provide the best possible service you need to be well informed of market conditions and do plenty of research to determine good opportunities to meet private banking revenue goals. You shall be required to be current with market updates and financial news. Must also maintain knowledge and understanding of appropriate legislation and regulations affecting banking and customer interaction to ensure that all transactions are legal.  Compensation- CTC Range- 15 lacs to 35 lacs  Competitive Payout structure.
