Sector: Real Estate Financing (BANK/NBFC)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Mapping Lending Scenario: Understand and analyze the lending landscape, including regional offices and Mumbai-based lenders. Build and maintain robust relationships with banks, NBFCs, real estate funds, and investors to facilitate successful fundraising efforts.

Deal Management: Assume control and responsibility for each deal initiated by the buy-side team. This involves various tasks such as business selection, preparation of investment memorandums (IMs), deal structuring and pitching, compiling a list of potential lenders, securing term sheets and sanctions, facilitating deal closure between borrowers and lenders, overseeing documentation, and supporting fee collection processes.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring strong motivation and driving performance standards. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to optimize deal outcomes.

Building Sector Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the real estate wholesale lending business. Stay updated on industry trends, conduct comparative deal analyses, gain insights into valuation methodologies, and continuously expand expertise in the sector.
