Sales/Business Development Relationship Manager
- Working independently on various projects to enable business development. The role primarily expects the incumbent to actively generate and convert leads and identify and close all opportunities including cross sell opportunities.
- Identify contact, Convert and Manage Relationship for following group of investors: Private banks, family offices, Private Equity Funds, Fund of funds, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Other Institutional investor segments in the Asia Pacific Region.
- Service and generate business from existing relationships
- Promote the KOTAK brand to drive new revenue opportunities for the business. Plan and organize all the investor roadshows and events in the region.
- Lead business development initiatives by driving desired customer behaviors & digital solutions where possible.
- Provide guidance to other associates to create a team environment where knowledge and expertise are shared.
- Remain compliant and follow the region's defined compliance framework while approaching clients and opening and managing accounts.
- Closely work with the servicing personnel of the region to ensure that all servicing related internal and external SLAs are met in a timely manner.
