Relationship Manager - Real Estate Structured Finance - NBFC

Looking for Relationship Manager - Real Estate Structured Finance professionals with a NBFC in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for deal origination, primarily for real estate structured funding directly or by liasioning with the connectors/IPCs

2) Site visits, interacting with Developers to understand their requirements - Equity / Quasi Equity / Debt

3) Offer structure solution to Developers

4) Negotiations and Preparation of comprehensive Term Sheet

5) End to End Ownership for transaction Completion

- Liasoning with Credit, technical & Legal teams

- Presentation to approving committee

- Coordinate for Documentation and Disbursement

Skills required:

1) Clear understanding of Debt funding, equity funding, Mezzanine finance and structuring of deals.

2) 3 + years experience, in Structured Finance/CRE loan underwriting and have completed Mezzanine/subordinated transactions

3) Ideally Should have work exp of Real Estate Investment role with PE funds/ CRE lenders or in big 4 consulting firms/IPCs advising on Structured Finance Transitions or PE funds

4) Worked on a deal end - end from Origination, Structuring, negotiating & execution
