Relationship Manager - Real Estate Domain - Bank

This opportunity is with Leading bank for Mumbai location only.

Exp 4 to 14 Years

CTC 15 to 30 Lacs depending on interview.

Looking for candidates from Banking domain and from Mumbai Location only.

- Responsible for deal origination and end - to - end execution of transactions and monitoring of client accounts for Real Estate. Establishing and maintaining with all key real estate developers

- Deal origination and Credit Evaluation of lending and investment banking opportunities including lending, land and JV related opportunities for Residential, Commercial and alternate asset

- Negotiation and Finalization of term- sheets including deal structures and covenants

- Facilitating Title, Legal, Financial and Technical (Approvals, Zoning, Area statements, etc) Due Diligence to identify the risks and mitigate them with adequate covenants. Cashflows, Approvals, Construction status, Sales, etc
