Relationship Manager - Real Estate/Construction Finance - Bank

Hiring for a renowned bank

Deal Execution :

- To assist SRM achieve business targets and maintain requisite yield along with maintaining superior Portfolio quality.

- Prepare Credit Assessment Note for the fresh deals/ renewals.

- To carry out detailed appraisal & necessary due diligence (i.e. Financial/Credit, Legal & Technical) for the Project.

- Co-ordinate & liaise with credit, legal & technical teams

Portfolio Monitoring:

- To Maintain Key Account Relationships & End to End client relationship across the tenor of the Real estate loan.

- Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and identify areas for improvement

- To do all necessary post disbursement monitoring and compliance checks as per the policy guidelines.

- To Monitor Portfolio on a monthly basis in conjunction with Risk team

- Borrower and Site Visits on regular basis.
