Hiring for a well known Indian Private Sector Bank

Job Purpose:

Position is responsible for acquiring and building relationships with Public Sector Enterprise, Central and State Govt undertakings and departments.

Responsibilities:

1) Relationship Manager is responsible for account retention and expanding a book of PSU/Govt relationships and prospects within a geographic area.

2) Successfully Prospecting for Fixed Deposit,Current Account and other products. Responsible for identification of and follow thru on deposit gathering opportunities.

3) Increasing customer head count and improving market share in area of operation

4) Effectively managing Cost of Deposits through float funds and judicious mix of tenor of Fixed Deposit

5) Manages client profitability and develops a profitable book of business by designing and implementing various strategies based on the needs and goals of each client relationship. Improve Portfolio profitability through generation of Fee based income and cross sell.
