Relationship Manager - Promoter & Institutional Lending (5-10 yrs)
1) To acquire and build a well-diversified portfolio within the Large & Mid Corporate segment. Corporate Lending involves lending to Large and Mid-Corporate customers including Promoter funding, Structured Finance, Term Loans, and Working capital facilities.
2) Responsible for deal origination, getting quality mandates, and ensuring timely execution of proposals.
3) Build a diversified portfolio offering revenues from Assets NII, Fees, Cross-sell etc. Asset opportunities to be sourced aligned to prescribed lending norms.
4) Regular monitoring of accounts, and ensuring sanctioned terms are consistently met.
5) Maintain Nil delinquencies in the portfolio.
6) Adherence to strict KYC/AML requirements.
