Market Development:
- Planning and strategizing for depot geography for short term as well as long term
- Analyze area level data to identify gaps and drive necessary initiatives
- Explore and open new clients i.e. builders, real estate developers, contractors, sub contractors etc. to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the area. Increase participation.
- Collect reliable information about business ecosystem/customer/area/competition for market mapping and sensitize the management
- Gather information on competitor's activities in the region and act upon it.
- Undertake and monitor detailed product testing
- Customer meetings and Relationship Building
- Handle overall activities related to Sales & Marketing of building materials across assigned regions.
- Lead Sales & Marketing Team (Small Team)
- Ensure the expansion of market to all regions
- Forecast periodic targets and driving initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Demonstrating / presenting products to clients
- Introducing new products to existing clients
- New lead generation
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
Project Management:
- Implement project specific initiatives schemes and ensure control measures
- Dealing with big accounts (contractors/ builders/govt. institutes/ construction sites etc.)
- Track and provide effective and appropriate solution to the client problem and ensure complete customer satisfaction within defined timelines
- Ensure availability of material and services through co-ordination with other functions
