This is a full-time on-site role as a PWM - Relationship Manager/Client Partner located in Gurugram. The Candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional Sales & service to clients, ensuring that all their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Day-to-day tasks will include onboarding & Managing UHNW Clients Portfolio , monitoring and addressing any service issues, Acquiring & Growing wallet share on AUM & Revenue for these Clients , collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Knowledge the client experience.
- Managing the 360 Degree relationship of clients and responsible for overall growth of Investment business from HNI segment
- Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by providing service level which exceeds client expectations of most important customer segment.
- Identify current and potential relationship with additional revenue potential and grow.
- Achieving Sales targets spread across Revenue ,Investments AUM, Insurance ,Assets, Investment Banking , Onboarding RRP etc.
- Proactively sell the full range of Advisory solutions, & Investments product to current and potential HNI Relationships
- Ensuring Monthly /quarterly /weekly client meetings & following client onboarding journey as per process laid down by the management.
- Engaging with MF product and Central team for doing Monthly /By Monthly Client Portfolio Reviews.
- Increase Investment wallet share in allocated portfolio either through Deepening or Acquisition.
- Driving higher product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and to increase wallet share with company's KRA
- Financial Markets product knowledge
