Relationship Manager - Priority Banking - MBA with min 6 years of experience in Relationship Management within Premier Banking/Priority Banking/SME Lending having meaningful experience in managing HNI's for Wealth &amp; Allied Products - Excellent Communication, Presentation Skills Responsibilities: - Develop strong long-term relationships with Customers with a view to achieving growth targets in line with the business plan - Deliver growth in overall business - Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines - Participate in negotiations between the risk management team and the customer, if any - Communicate the final terms, security formalities and other documentation - Maintain consistently high service standards and customer satisfaction levels through periodic engagement - Engage with existing customers post-disbursal on a periodic basis, identifying and resolving any issues raised - Collect customer feedback and communicate this to senior management to assist in the creation of innovative new solutions
