Relationship Manager - Phone Banking

We have an urgent requirement For an MNC bank for Phone Banking RM.

Location - Mumbai

Educational qualification- MBA from Tier 1 and 2 institutes ( if at all from Tier 3 then candidate should be from a good Bank)

- Excellent communication skills

- Sound knowledge about investment products like- Forex, Insurance, MF, Bonds, Private equities, foreign exchange

- Concentrate only on Mumbai and Pune based candidates

- No – Operations, Non MBA, NBFC

- 3+yrs Exp (if from Tier 3 institutes)

- 1+yrs Exp (if from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes)

Salary may go upto 9 Lakhs/Annum.

Responsibilities

- Building relationship with existing customers without meeting them in person and offering them the various products & services of the bank

- Working with different business units of the bank to offer highest customer satisfaction.

- Will do sales and services over the phone only
