Relationship Manager - Middle East for International Financial Institutions Group

We are looking for a Relationship Manager for a renowned Corporate Bank in Mumbai.

The incumbent should be holding an MBA degree or an B.E degree.

Should possess an experience of more than 5 years.

Should have experience with middle eastern markets.

Job Details :

- Look after day to day functions of International Financial Institutions (FI) Coverage and perform one's duties at highest level of professionalism, efficiency and integrity to meet organizational and department objectives. Coverage ownership of Banks in Middle Eastern geography including top and bottom-line targets assigned for the geography

- Day-to-day coverage of assigned Financial Institutions including lead generation, deal execution, market intelligence gathering and general networking. work closely with regional and senior relationship managers of Financial Institutions Group.

- Management of existing Inter-Bank remittance alliances in Middle East and enhancement of volumes and value of flows, upgradation of product features in association with IT and Product Teams, hand holding in case of operational issues/ IT issues etc.

- Adding new partners for both payments and trade with a view to create a long term sustainable franchise

- Assisting on on-boarding KYC of new client and periodic KYC review of existing clients.

- Monitor (jointly with concerned Risk Analyst) the latest developments relating to the counterparties in their geographical domain and to report any adverse findings immediately

- Weekly/Monthly MIS and compilation of Meeting Reports, Minutes, Dossiers etc. (jointly with concerned RM/SRM)

- Ensure compliance with Risk, Audit and RBI regulations

Must Haves

- Relevant experience in covering Banks or Exchange Houses in Middle East Functional knowledge of cross border payments and correspondent banking

- Functional knowledge of cross border payments and correspondent banking

- Working knowledge of international trade settlements is desirable

- Excellent communication and networking skills and business orientation

- Should be a self-starter with boundless energy, passion and drive for developing business in a competitive market

Qualification bMBA or Engineering degree from a reputed University with good scores

Years of Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in FI Coverage/Products of which at least 3 years should be in covering Middle Eastern Banks/Exchange Houses
