Relationship Manager - Liabilities - Commercial Real Estate

Designation: Relationship Manager - Liabilities - Commercial Real Estate.

Experience: 3-8 years.

Location: Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Recruiting new clients for the bank's real estate division and overseeing the assigned real estate liability portfolio.

- Covering sizable real estate groups, funds, NBFCs, investor communities, private equity, and venture capitalists to find clients among group companies, real estate ancillaries, vendors, and investee companies.

- Covering CA & Law Firms, RERA consultants for business solicitation & assisting both new and existing clients with their regulatory requirements.

- Assisting the client's business with various banking products like OD/CC/BG/Term Loans/Forex, etc.

- Keep friendly contacts with internal stakeholders and outside organizations in order to give current and potential clients better, quicker services.

- Familiarity with FDI, ODI, RERA, trade accounts, escrows, current accounts, and transaction procedures.
