Position- Learning Relationship Manager

Reporting to : Lead LRM

Location: Bkc, Mumbai

CTC- 15 LPA

Qualification- MBA (Full time)

Job details:

- Become a strategic learning partner for business, design and deliver learning interventions catering to organisation learning needs.

- Ability to create design and deliver L&D solutions arising from TNA exercises - Esp in the area of behavioural & leadership development

- Ability to record collate and retain data and management information to demonstrate progress against KPI's and departmental goals and objectives

- Ability to work closely with various stakeholders across various business and the be a SPOC for various requirements

- Ability to seamlessly execute tasks with minimal supervision

- Ability to design and develop and facilitate trainings

- Handle end to end learning event Includes creating and releasing marketing mailers, collating nominations, registration, blocking facilitator, invoicing, etc

- Measure effectiveness of learning interventions and suggest improvements based on the results
