Relationship Manager - Large Corporates - BFS

RM - Large Corporates

Job Purpose:

- To assist ZH in delivering Profitability, Fee & Asset Book numbers. He / She would assist the ZH in delivering Profitability & Asset Book numbers in line with the budgets and simultaneously ensure building up of a quality loan book.

- Create and manage relationship at each Regions to develop new relationships and manage key account relationship directly with key stake holders in the respective institutions viz. Banks / NBFCs / IPCs / PEs, etc..

Principal Accountabilities:

- To assist Deputy Zonal Head in delivering budgeted sales volumes, profitability and Fee Income in the designated area

- To undertake new client acquisition along with DZH and establish healthy working relationships with the existing / target Customers at their middle management levels

- To set high standards of Deal Structuring, Due Diligence& Loan Documentation

- To maintain constant interactions with the clients, ensure effective Customer Service standards and superior client satisfaction

- To be aware of risk management and regulatory norms and credit policy/process adherence, conduct portfolio review

- To formulate periodic MIS for the routine activities

- To contribute in team development and skill enhancement
