1. Corporate Banking respectively cater to the requirements of Large, Medium & Small Corporates, Multinational Companies and High Net worth Individuals, whilst contributing to the Bank's growth and profitability.

A core professional relationship role responsible to develop large to medium customer relationships, providing advise / solutions based on thorough analysis of customer needs.

- Percentage of growth achieved from the portfolio base
- Market new business
- Enhance existing business
2. New accounts:
- Number of borrowing accounts booked during the performance year
- Market of new borrowing and non-borrowing relationships as per the acceptable risk parameters and the target market.
3. Relationship Management:
- Customer satisfaction levels
- Take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships to leverage business achievement.
4. Account Reviews:
- Timeliness of reviews
- Business Opportunities realized.
- Regularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimizing returns.
5. Compliance Quality of Portfolio:
- Audit Report Rating
- Comply with the approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organization's and customers interests.
