Relationship Manager - Investment Banking

Job Profile:

Structured Debt Syndication : Identifying - over-leveraged companies- that are looking for balance sheet restructuring

Special Situation Syndication : Identifying companies in sectors which have started showing - early signs of industry slowdown-, but good businesses in long term

Prop Equity : Working closely with business groups on - SDR and S4A cases- and optimize equity opportunities

Investment Banking : Identifying companies for M&A potential

Investment Banking : Identifying equity opportunities

Key skills :

- Communication and presentation skills.

- Understanding of financial statements and key principles and ratios.

- Credit analytical skills.

- Industry specialization in one or two sectors.

- Knowledge of Indian equity markets (largely listed - PE knowledge would be a bonus)
