- To ensure we are well connected with key large corporate clients and maintain higher share of their investments with us

- To ensure we are connected with key large corporate distributors to generate higher sales

- Keep clients aligned to latest development in financial markets, regular interactions with our Fund Managers, timely communication of any new offerings & product positioning based on client preferences

- Acquisition of New Clients - to add total 50 clients in a year with an average AUM of Rs. 5 cr per client

- Processes and Products understanding and compliance - Continuously upgrade understanding of products & processes, complying to all the regulatory requirements for self and the team
