About the client:

We have an opportunity for Relationship Manager- Institutional Sales for one of our Asset management-based client for Bangalore location!
Exp- 3-6 Years
- Should have exposure to Mutual Fund products with B2B/corporate/Institutional sales.
- Good connection with Senior management of the companies.
- Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales would have responsibility for promoting and obtaining market share for our products specifically among large investors, high net worth individuals and Trusts. The MIS would be expected to plan for business development in the target segments mentioned.
- Special focus will have to be on building relationships with large distributors, corporate investors, and other large investors, which fall in the target segment.
- He will constantly review his and his team's sales targets with the Branch Manager/ Area Manager and zonal manager handling institutional sales segment for the zone. He would also review and take guidance from the RVP and heads of sales in Head office from time to time.\
- The sales targets for Assistant Manager - Institutional Sales would focus on new customer acquisition, relationship development with large intermediaries, net accretion to assets under management and corporate relationships and market share thereof.
- A key focus for him will have to be to enthuse and motivate institutional / frontline sales staff of large distributors to sell our products.
Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales would expect to have a client management model for the target segments. He would maintain a database as well as a relationship model, which covers periodic follow-ups as well as tracking of market share. He would be responsible for market share in his segment.
