Job Description:
As Relationship Manager - IFA Channel, You will be responsible in expanding and optimizing companys partnerships with financial advisors, IFAs, MF distributors, and other channel partners and the ability to lead a team in achieving ambitious revenue targets.
What you will do:
- Sourcing, acquiring, and leveraging existing partnerships with financial advisors, distributors, and MFDs
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners to drive mutual success
- Tie up with financial advisors and distributors as channel partners to distribute companys investment products
- Facilitating onboarding and training processes for partners to enhance their understanding of company's product's benefits and features
- Setting and achieving monthly distribution targets, contributing to the overall growth strategy
- Educating partners and their clients about the company's wealth products, ensuring transparency and preventing mis selling
- Providing continuous market feedback to the management team for product enhancement and strategic decision-making
- Engaging in day-to-day business activities to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
What you need to have:
- CA / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / Post Graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience in financial products
- Proven track record in managing and expanding partnerships
- Should have at least 50-100 existing relationships with financial advisors/distributors
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed distribution targets
- Leadership skills to manage a team and drive results
- Strategic thinking to optimize and expand partner relationships
- Ethical approach to product education and client interaction
- Proactive involvement in day-to-day operational activities
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and a passion for achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills
