JOB PROFILE:

Excellent in Team Handling of RM

- Responsible for consistently achieving business number with Right set of product mix and value targets with Focus of each sourcing manager productivity.

- Achieved the New To Bank (NTB) target with Value target of CASA and FD's .

Team Management:

- Managing team of RM's and responsible for generating business through them.

- Managing the performance of the attached team & to ensure achievement of its targets and quality standards through, supervision, motivation and training.

- Focus on retention and build vintage to have better productivity across all RM roles

CTC - above 22 lakh (no bar deserving candidate)
