1) Source Institutional Accounts Like TASC and Government business & increase their CASA Balances.
2) Increase cross sell opportunity of Salary Accounts, MS facilities,& Payment Gateway Solutions.
3) Assist branches in Lead conversions & source large ticket Fixed Deposits.
4) Scoping open Market for sourcing new SA & CA account Ensure that the list of all the institution's in the specified territory is available with his team for generating the converting leads.
5) Personally meet every institution that is a potential customer and analyze the institution's requirements, understand their business needs & provide customized solutions to fulfill all their immediate & long term requirements.
6) Maintain a list of accounts which are sourced in the region ensure that the accounts build balances by cross selling other products offering & other services like Fee collection, payment gateway etc.
7) Track the inactive accounts & get in touch with the institutions for activating the accounts.
8) Branch Support: Understand the catchments details of the various branches in the specified region. Ensure accounts are opened in specified TAT's.
9) Relationship Management: Meet existing & new customers on regular basis for understanding the need & offering the most viable solution for the same
