- Capital Raising: Lead efforts to secure investments from Limited Partners (LPs) for in-house credit funds across multiple markets.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential investors by initiating outreach and cultivating relationships.
- Pitching and Lifecycle Management: Present investment opportunities to potential clients, manage the fundraising process from inception to closure, including conducting introductory calls, responding to data requests, and finalizing deals.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and potential investor data requests, and compile customized data rooms to support fundraising efforts.
- Benchmarking and Guidance: Analyze fundraising pitches in comparison to market peers, provide product and market guidance to internal teams to enhance fundraising effectiveness.
