What you'll do?
- Should be in charge of originating, structuring, negotiating and establishing strategic partnerships across one or more of our' s Credit platform, across channels such as with NBFCs, MFIs, Small Finance Banks and other financial institutions that work to provide Credit to customers working in the informal sectors.
- Responsible to deliver business volumes as per the Annual Operating Plan including revenue.
- Handling various Lender relationships to have a sustenance Line of Credit.
- Continual analysis of the portfolio to ensure a healthy book and taking appropriate steps in time to maintain good quality high margin business.
- Maintain good relationships at the CXO level to have a sustenance Line of Credit and further deepen and scale our Credit business.
- Identifying opportunities and latest developments in the financial services industry for digital transformations.
- Evaluate economic, strategic cost-benefit, valuation analysis and thesis of partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute and implement our products, processes.
- Achieve revenue target
- Should have good knowledge on Structured Credit, Managing BC partner for credit and understanding Credit Risk
What you need to be?
- 4 to 8 years' experience in NBFCs, MFIs, small banks and co-operative banks handling credit products
- Expert in sales & relationship management
- Bachelor/PG degree in any field
- Preferred candidates who can work out of Chennai and willing to travel across India
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
- Looks for opportunities to build owns skills, knowledge, and expertise
