Relationship Manager - Financial Institutions

The incumbent will create and manage relationships with financial Institutions and strengthening correspondent banking relationships by fostering new correspondence banking alliances within the assigned geographical area. Will offer tailored Lending, Trade Finance and Cash Management Product to Financial Institutions (FI) customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the implementation of the strategies and plans to achieve all volume, revenue, and profit targets.

- Support the Senior Relationship Manager, FI & CB in the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the purpose of performance monitoring and quality measurement of the Financial Institutions Unit within the assigned country.

- Meet and exceeding target budgets for new and existing Financial Institutions relationships comprising placements, borrowings and loan syndications, etc., for the Financial Institutions Unit, in accordance with overall corporate budget and strategy.

- Should be have been in a similar role for the last 3 yrs

- Should have exposure to Trade finance,cash management, and treasury
