We are hiring Relationship Manager - FIG Department for one of the leading Banks_Mumbai Location. Role- RM- FIG Department Grade - Manager/ Sr.Manager Core Responsibilities: NBFC and Fintech Companies 1. Arranging for fund-based lending requirement of NBFC clients. Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes and coordinating with internal teams like Risk Management 2. Responsible for cross selling the liability products e.g., CMS, Y-COP, OPDT, digital banking products to contribute towards the CASA share of the bank 3. Working with the Treasury/DCM/CMS/IB teams for exploring business across the segment. 4. Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year. 5. Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training. 6. Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager. 7.
