We have been retained by our client, a well established, professionally managed NBFC (Non Banking Finance Company), to identify a Relationship Manager - Emerging Corporate Finance. The position is based at Chennai. Job Purpose : - Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - To develop new business leads and clientele base in the emerging corporate industry - Understand customer requirement and cross-sell products which meet those requirements - Responsible for Acquisition of new customers and portfolio management of existing mid corporate clients, handling book volume of INR 100cr - 500cr and average ticket size of INR 1cr - 15cr - To provide dedicated services and relationship building with existing account - Identify new markets and business opportunities through research and analysing market trends - Resolve any service related issue by coordinating with internal &amp; external stakeholders - Manage the existing portfolio in Project/corporate finance customers in mid and large corporate segments - Work closely with various internal departments to ensure a smooth process in delivery of the necessary deliverables to vendors achieve individual and team sales target - Prepare credit proposals including credit evaluation and vendor promotion - Build and maintain customers for emerging corporate finance. - Maintaining the revenue expectation as per plan Desired Skills : - Strong origination and deal closure skills - Good relationship management &amp; service focus skills - Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal &amp; influential skills - Sound problem solving and decision making skills - Should be proactive, focused &amp; service oriented - Ability to anticipate &amp; identify client needs - Strong planning and organizing skills Candidate Profile : - Candidates should be B.E. with MBAs having 4-6 years relevant experience in Emerging Business/Corporate Lending.
