We are looking for professionals Relationship Manager for Delhi NCR location.

Our client is a Group of leading Indian Industrial & Investment House with interests in Automotives, Chemicals & Plastics, Distribution, Logistics & Retail, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Real Estate, International Trading and other sectors. It is one of the major corporate houses in India, and has several alliances and foreign collaborations with a significant presence in Europe, Middle East and East Asia.

Experience- 4 to 7 years.

Salary offered: 5 - 10 LPA

Job Location- Delhi NCR

Mode of interview: Face to face only

About The Role:

As Relationship Manager (RM) - Education, your deep knowledge, excellent planning, empathetic attitude and process-oriented execution will help us serve our customers efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact with the customers, and, hence, will be the eyes and ears of the entity. You will make sure that we thoroughly understand our customers- aspirations, attitude, and, requirements, and are able to serve them with the right products and services, at the right time, so that they become a better version of themselves.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role blends consultative sales, product development, and operations. You will work with students to understand them better, and will consult them on the right paths they should take, to achieve their true potential. You will drive revenue for the entity by consultative selling products and services to students and parents, which are good for them. You will guide them, right from improving learning, acquiring new skills, entrance exam preparation, to admission counseling, and more. You will prospect, acquire and retain clients by offering them value added education products. You will research, investigate and update yourself on available education opportunities/ market trends to determine whether they will be beneficial for your clients. You will provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention. You will achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix. You will use the online CMP system diligently and achieve - 75% of their require customer contact each month. Finally, you will have the opportunity to grow within the organization, and take up higher responsibility roles, by leveraging your past experience and learning new skills.

Note: Relationship Management experience in industries like finance, financial services, banks, wealth advisory, private banking and education is highly preferred.
