a) Identify & touch base with existing & new client segments, to get business from them to increase net sales & AUM.
b) Adequate planning and strategy.
c) Focus on inactive clients & follow activation.
d) Ensuring the overall wealth solutions to HNI customers by Showcasing all investment vehicles MF, PMS debt and PMS equity, RE, etc.
e) Provide strategic support for service excellence and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal audit requirements.
f) Synergise with all relevant departments for achieving the desired objective.
g) Discuss with fund managers / Product team on key corporate clients and also arrange concall for key clients with the fund managers/Product team.
h) Minimum Book Size to be managed by RM: Rs. 100 - 200 Cr
i) AUM to be managed: Upto Rs. 50 crores in Industry
j) Definitions of HNIs Managed by RM: Upto Rs.5 Cr with ABSL MF.
