Opening of a RM-Debt Capital for a leading Private Sector Bank

Location : Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Deal-making, creating financing options for clients, and creating analytical models for credit underwriters and investors are all responsibilities of the dealmaker (RM). When it comes to placements, due diligence, documentation, and final close, RM will collaborate with the sales, investors, and external agencies teams.

- Deliverables : Scanning the market for real estate transactions across traditional asset classes, high yield agreements, special scenario deals, and lease rental discounting transactions from both

- Scanning the market for origination of real estate agreements across common asset classes, high yield deals, special situation deals, and lease rental discounting opportunities from both the primary and secondary (existing lender/investor) markets.

- Brainstorming with promoters, the CFO, and the CXO to structure and find options for financing, reorganising, settling disputes, and advisory assignments.

- To analyse the Real Estate asset category as a whole, you'll need comprehension skills.

- Ongoing communication with teams that handle coverage, agencies, investors, and internal connections

- Creating pitches that offer financing options and creating workable credit solutions.

- Creation of IM and analytical materials (cash flow models, information dockets, etc.) for internal do-ability assessments and for external investors.

- Collaborating on placements with the sales team, outside agencies, and potential investors.

- Deal closure, including sanctions, diligence procedures, documentation, and funding
