Designation: Relationship Manager Deal Origination -Real Estate

Experience: 6+ years of work experience in deal origination with Real estate division.

Grade: Mid to senior level

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- To analyse distinct structure funding problems, you need understanding skills.

- Developing pitches with finance solutions; Constant interaction with internal relationship and coverage teams

- Creation of analytical materials (cash flow models, information dockets, etc.) for internal do-ability assessments and for external investors.

- Collaborating on placements with the sales team and potential investors

- Deal closure, including sanctions, paperwork, and funding

- Working with the finance team to structure and carry out deals.

- Working both individually and collaboratively
