Key responsibilities:-

- Deal Origination : Business Development & Relationship Management with non infra large corporates, Negotiation,Term sheet finalisation

- Deal Execution : Due diligence, financial modelling, Appraisal Note preparation, Obtaining Sanction & Disbursement

- Target Achievement : Interest & fee income, product cross-sell, wallet share growth in portfolio companies,

- Portfolio Management : Monitoring Asset quality, compliance adherence, maintaining credit hygiene, de-risking of assets

- Coordination : Product Teams, Credit Risk, Legal, Credit Audit, Back offices, Operations

- Cross-Sell : Debt Capital Markets, Debt Syndication

- Leadership : Mentoring and training of juniors along with guidance and delegation of work.

Desired Skills:

MBA / CA / Any post Graduation 2008/ 2009/ 2010 Batch passouts.

Exp of handling large corporate is mandatory.
