Relationship Manager - Corporate Lending & Structured Finance - NBFC

Hiring at a leadrship position for a leading NBFC based out of Mumbai

Principal Accountabilities

- Acquiring new clients for Corporate Lending and LAS and maintaining relationship with the existing clients for new business and preparing Credit Approval Memorandum for new deals and renewals.

- Coordinating with inter-department like Credit for Approvals, Treasury for arranging funds, Operations for smooth flow of disbursements, Legal for various activities etc. and monitoring share margin tracking sheet and ensuring margin calls are met on time by continuous follow up with the client and taking proper approvals in case of delays in restoring the shortfall.

- Maintaining zero debtors and a healthy portfolio and invoking and selling shares of the Promoters in case of default or client's request. Post the selling, ensuring pay-in of shares to the DP happens on time. Also, to ensure receipt of sale proceeds is received from the broker and the same is adjusted towards the loan.

- Interacting with Brokers/Intermediaries/HNI clients for confirming the funding requirement for IPO and obtaining approval for funding the IPO, preparing scheme and the same to be informed to the respective brokers.

- Coordination and interaction with Brokers for confirming the funding amount, Credit for authorizing the approval, Treasury for availing the borrowing rates and amount required for funding the IPO and Operations for ensuring smooth flow of disbursement on the last day of the issue and maintaining exposure norms.

- Coordination and interaction with Bankers and DP for opening bank and demat account and with the refund bankers for various other activities like when the cheques will be bank, expected date of refund etc

- Ensuring all the margin money is received before the application is bidded Ensuring the applications are uploaded by the Brokers and getting confirmation towards the same.

- Post the allotments and refunds, ensuring the receipt of NOC from Operations, transfer of balance refund if any and transferring the shares to the client by submitting the delivery instruction slip.
