Relationship Manager - Corporate Lending & Structured Finance

Job Responsibility:-

- Deal Origination : Business Development & Relationship Management, Negotiation,Term sheet finalisation

- Deal Execution : Due diligence, financial modelling, Appraisal Note preparation, Obtaining Sanction & Disbursement

- Target Achievement : Interest & fee income, product cross-sell, wallet share growth in portfolio companies

- Portfolio Management : Monitoring Asset quality, compliance adherence, maintaining credit hygiene, de-risking of assets

- Coordination : Product Teams, Credit Risk, Legal, Credit Audit, Back offices, Operations

- Cross-Sell : Debt Capital Markets, Debt Syndication

- Financial Products : Rupee Term Loan, Structured Debt, mezzanine financing, Sub-debt, Receivable discounting, working capital, refinancing, bridge financing

Sector exp :

- Steel, Coal, Logistics, Construction, NBFCs, chemicals, Supply chain, LAS and IPO (Non Infra sectors)

Education qualification:-

- MBA/ CA with total 7-9 yrs of experience with atleast 4 - 5 yrs of relevant experience

- Candidates from NBFCs with similar product line / experience will have added advantage.

- Experience in above mentioned sectors shall be of critical importance.
