Relationship Manager - Corporate Finance - Urban Infrastructure Group - Bank

Minimum 1.5 yrs of exp is required

Job role:-

- Handling large corporate accounts clients in Corporate Finance Urban Infrastructure Group (Real estate, Hospitality, healthcare and Educational Institutions etc)

- Sanction & disbursement of term loans (rupee/foreign currency) for project capex, acquisition etc. and working capital products such as LC, BG, Packing credit, Buyers Credit, CMS, Bill discounting etc. to help companies in better working capital cycle management

- Preparing detailed projection models, Cash Flow and Working Capital Management Analysis for project appraisal and conducting sensitivity analysis on involved parameters

- Credit appraisal for a project finance transactions

- Deal structuring for Structured finance transactions
