Relationship Manager - Corporate Finance Loans Portfolio

Brief JD:

- Manage the corporate finance loans portfolio, end to end till closure of deals

- Already having relationships with the top ranking builders developers.

- Handling Portfolio of 800 Cr + (Strictly not a retail sales profile)

- Client interface from origination to repayment

- Conduct initial appraisal for all corporate finance proposals

- Firm legal knowhow of Real Estate regulations & compliances along with factors persistent and consistent in the local/target market

- In-depth Knowledge on matters pertaining to taxation, credit, lending etc.

- Must be outgoing & be able to interact and maintain long term relationships with existing customers as well as build new ones .
