Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking - Mid Corporates - CA/IIM/MDI/IIFT/FMS/XLRI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist Cluster Head (team leader) in business development.

- Clients with revenues Rs.250 -1,000 crore.

- Consistent and proactive client interaction.

- Manage and deepen client engagement.

- Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank.

- Provide guidance to related assistant relationship managers and analysts.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT

- Minimum aggregate of 62% in the qualifying exam

- Rank holder CA; or MBA from reputed institutes (IIM, FMS, IIFT, XLRI, JBIMS, NMIMS, SPJ, MDI)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

- 5-8 Years in a similar role in commercial (mid-market) / investment / corporate banking with top organizations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS PREFERRED:

Track record of:

- Business development and identification of potential clients

- Significant achievements

- Existing relationships with bankable clients

- Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all credit-related issues

- Excellent communication

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS PREFERRED

- Problem solving and resolving conflicts

- Keenness to learn and detail oriented

- Team player but also capable of taking individual decisions.
