- Handling end to end relationships - Undertake Business Development, Credit Analysis, Risk mitigation.

- Experience of handling stress accounts and restructuring of facilities.

- Maximize revenue from existing clients by cross selling of various granular products. Eyeing banking opportunities for other subsidiary/associate companies in group.

- High Focus on getting new clients on board and be primary banker for the company and other group companies.

- Minimize portfolio risk by undertaking client review on quarterly basis, sell down of non-performing assets, offering hedging strategies to mitigate foreign/currency risk, restructuring of term loan.

- Helping companies to reduce debt by offering off balance sheet products - Vendor financing, Dealer financing, Receivable purchase financing etc
