Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

Candidate should have experience of handling US,Korean,European clients..i.e Large MNC.

Candidate should have 5years or above experience in banking.

Candidate should have handled Corporate Banking.

To engage with CEO / CFO / Promoters to understand the company's banking requirements, structure the transactions and negotiate on commercials.

To source new business and deepen existing relationship through customer engagement. Pitching for fund & non-fund based facilities like Cash Credit, Working Capital Demand Loan, Pre and Post shipment, Term Loans, Fx, Trade Finance, Cash Management Services, Channel Finance, Vendor Finance, FDI Equity Infusion, FEMA Guidelines, SBLC Backed transactions, Commercial Paper Issuance etc.

Credit appraisal of proposals, preparing Financial Spread sheets / projections, Sensitivity Analysis, Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) / Credit Appraisal Note covering Industry, Business, Financial and Management Risks, credit rating of client.

Presenting proposals in the Credit Risk Committee with strengths and risks of each case to support lending decisions in conjunction with the credit policies of the bank. Ensuring control and quality of the portfolio, MIS and reporting data based on regulatory and top management's requirement on a regular basis.
